Because the community is being built from the ground up, every detail – from apartment layouts to common areas and outdoor spaces – has been intentionally designed to support comfort, connection and everyday living. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences will be available, with restaurants and shopping nearby and Providence Holy Family Hospital close at hand for families who need trusted healthcare within easy reach.
Vineyard Park has been serving seniors across Washington and Arizona for more than 30 years. The dining program at Vineyard Park North Spokane will offer genuine variety across breakfast, lunch and dinner, from eggs to order and French toast topped with blueberries and powdered sugar in the morning to flatbread pizzas, brioche burgers, a full sandwich menu and fresh salads later in the day. Lighter options will include a Mediterranean plate and avocado toast with truffle oil and asiago. Gluten-free options will also be available. The always-available menu means you won’t be locked into the daily rotation – whether you’re craving comfort food or something lighter, the kitchen is happy to accommodate your preferences.
