Within the main building, independent living residences will provide another option for enjoying community life. Assisted living apartments will include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with dedicated memory care accommodations offering additional support.

Vineyard Park Oro Valley is expected to open in March 2028, with pre-sales anticipated to begin in mid-2027. Vineyard Park Oro Valley is planned to include independent living casitas, assisted living and memory care. The main community will include 113 assisted living units and 24 memory care units with 36 memory care beds, along with 18 independent living casitas for older adults who want independence, connection and access to support as needs change.
