This facility is beautiful, clean, and brand new. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Particularly, the nurse Letisha has been amazing at communication — she even hand delivered clothes to my father when he was in a temporary rehab facility nearby. Her care and communication is really what makes the place 5 stars for me. We did have some frustrating issues with the auto billing and had to change to writing a check each month. However as far as care and facilities go, I can’t say enough good things!

My mom has only been at this facility for a week (and I will update if needed), but so far, the experience has been a great one, including exchanges with administration. Special shout out to Anita, Wellness Nurse, who's on top of ensuring residents' safety and care and Duane, who is genuinely compassionate about meeting needs of residents. I moved my mom here from another facility that had more staff to resident ratio. Initially I was concerned about this but the care my mom receives exceeds the care she received at previous facility. I do hope the company that now owns Tucson Gardens, Care Partners Senior Living, considers hiring more staff to ensure continued safety of residents, as well as in advocacy of their staff, who truly work hard!

Yes. Scheduled transportation is available for appointments, errands, outings, and other community activities. We have our own shuttle transport and arrange transportation through services such as Kitsap Transit or Cabulance.

Cypress Gardens offers independent and assisted living for older adults. Support levels are personalized and can adjust over time as residents’ needs evolve. Should memory care become a concern, our next-door neighboring community—The Arbor—provides a seamless transition to experienced memory care, including Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

Yes. Through the Stay Together program, qualifying couples may continue living together if one partner begins needing memory care or additional daily support. Each situation is thoughtfully evaluated based on safety and changing care needs. If a transition ever becomes necessary for the safety and wellbeing of each resident, our team works closely with families to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible while helping loved ones remain connected through ongoing visits and time together.

What is your visitor policy?

We believe ongoing connection with family, friends, children, and even beloved pets plays an important role in happiness, emotional well-being, and quality of life. That’s why loved ones are encouraged to visit often and remain an active part of daily life within our community. There are no set visiting hours or limitations on visitors. We simply ask guests to respect resident privacy and care routines. For the safety and well-being of everyone in the community, visitors are asked to sign in, and any overnight stays with residents should be communicated with the care team in advance. Overnight guest stays are limited to three consecutive days.

What amenities are included?

Residents enjoy welcoming community spaces that may include restaurant-style dining, activity rooms, landscaped courtyards, fitness areas, beauty salon services, social lounges, regular outings, transportation services and happy hour.
